My interest in family history began with questions about my own ancestors and deepened through years of research, academic writing, and work with medieval manuscripts. I understand both the curiosity that drives this work and the responsibility of interpreting lives from documented evidence.

My work focuses on uncovering the human stories hidden within the documented evidence—honoring the research while shaping stories that feel human and grounded.

While much of my work is with professional genealogists, I also work directly with individuals and families who want to preserve their family stories in a personal legacy book.
